Product use. Our fragrances are intended for external personal use only. Discontinue use and consult a physician if irritation occurs.

Promotional codes. Discount codes (such as first-order codes) are single-use per customer unless otherwise stated, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Intellectual property. All product names, branding, images, and site content belong to Devogue Perfumes and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
