Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Returns. For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Unopened items. Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Refunds. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
